If there was ever a product I was more grateful for it would be
NOMU's Skinny Hot Chocolate.
Besides being incredibly indulging, this hot chocolate powder is also
low GI, low in carbohydrates and seriously low in calories. It's the
perfect evening treat to help with the sugar cravings and assist with
any weight loss/weight maintenance goals.
Because I cannot get enough of it, I have to add it to my afternoon
snack. This tastes like chocolate pudding, it's a great post workout
meal and an ideal pre/post protein rich dinner boost.

200g plain Greek yoghurt (low fat or full cream)
1 scoop Cipla Nutrition chocolate flavoured whey protein
1 heaped tsp NOMU Skinny Hot Chocolate
1 tsp raw cacao nibs, plus extra for serving
1 tsp Gerry’s macadamia nut butter (you can get yours here)
1 tsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
Place into the fridge to set and allow the chia seeds to expand (about 15 minutes).
Serve with some extra cacao nibs and a sprinkle of Skinny Hot Chocolate.
