After trying out some of her recipes, particularly her breakfast ideas, I decided that skinny scoop needed to have a few smoothie bowl recipe features! So here is the first of these nourishing gems!
A F T E R D A R K C A C A O & G O J I S M O O T H I E B O W L
1/2 x 175ml tub of Afterdark Cacao skinny scoop protein ice cream
1 frozen banana
2 ice cubes
1 Tbsp goji berries, soaked for 20 minutes or overnight
1 tsp chia seeds
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp raw cacao
1 tsp raw honey
1 tsp goji berries, to serve
2 block 85% Lindt chocolate, chopped, to serve
1. Place all of the smoothie bowl ingredients into a Nutribullet or high power blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately with goji berries and chopped dark chocolate.
