If you haven't seen on my media tab, I have some EPIC news! I am officially a Cipla Nutrition Brand Ambassador! I will be doing all of their recipes with their delicious flavoured whey proteins and products!
To celebrate this wonderful opportunity I decided to treat myself with a Creme Brûlée Froyo made with Cipla Platinum Whey Creme Brûlée flavour. I know, I nearly cried when I saw they had this flavour available. I paired it with some caramelised coconut sugar and toasted coconut flakes. Give it a go!
Creme Brûlée Froyo
1 scoop Cipla Platinum Whey Creme Brûlée flavour
1 x 175ml low fat or full cream plain yoghurt (I used this)
¼ tsp vanilla paste (I used this)
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes, to serve
Mix together whey protein, yoghurt and vanilla paste. Place into a ramekin and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until hard.
Sprinkle coconut sugar over frozen yoghurt and, using a blow torch or a lighter, brulee the sugar to caramelize it.
Serve immediately with some toasted coconut flakes.
*I use Woolworth's toasted coconut flakes as they are a great healthy snack & are ready to use upon purchase!
