Homemade Guava Jelly
The greatest thing about this jelly is that a) my fiance' loves it b) it's gelatin, fat, gluten and dairy free and c) it's quick, easy and delicious!
Vanilla & Poppy Seed Custard
There's something so divine about making (and eating!) homemade custard.
Seeing as we were serving this with guavas, I added some poppy seeds for complimentary flavour and texture!
Cranberry & Almond Cookies
These are probably my favourite biscuits to make because they are viturally fat free, contain no wheat, gluten, dairy or refined sugar.
There's no catch. They are little, delicious gems without any guilt!
Vegan Paw Paw Granita
So technically this was supposed to be a frozen dessert/ vegan ice cream but we forgot to take it out the freezer early enough for live TV!
So instead of stressing, we turned it into a granita and the results? Delicious!
Caramel Jungle Oat Squares
Now here's something for the kids' lunch boxes- okay and probably yours, too!
This delicious, easy recipe was designed by Zola Nene which I had the lucky task of presenting.
Ultimate Banana Split
Now here's something delicious and naughty: my Ultimate Banana Split using Clover Cream!
To make this traditional favourite even better, I fried the bananas in coconut oil and coconut sugar, and served them with whipped cream, melted peanut butter and a dark chocolate gananche!
Toasted S'mores Dip
So it was S'mores Day again and this year I wanted to make something really special!
Please welcome my S'mores Dip, an oozy, chocolatey explosion served alongside your biscuit of choice. My favourite is shortbread or traditional ginger biscuits!
Healthy Deconstructed Apple Crumble
I don't know about you, but come 8pm and my sugar cravings arrive in full force.
This dessert is quick, it's simple and it's absolutely delicious! It's naturally gluten & wheat free, low in carb and makes for a great, healthy treat!
Nutriday Breakfast Pizza
Pizza for breakfast? Yes please!
This is such a great way to get the kids involved! The pizza base is made out of oats and honey, and the topping is your favourite flavour of Nutriday yoghurt paired with fresh fruit and nuts. It's quick, fresh and nutritious, and a real pleaser for both you and the little ones.
